Bar Milano Has Partnered With Riverkeeper
Bar Milano donates 25% of the the revenue from all sparkling water sales ($1 per person) to Riverkeeper.
Riverkeeper, a New York area environmental advocacy group that since 1966 has led the effort to reclaim and restore the Hudson River from a century of abuse. In addition to acting as the Hudson’s chief guardian, Riverkeeper works to safeguard New York City’s drinking water by protecting the watersheds that provide one of the best tasting and last remaining unfiltered water supply systems in the world.
Riverkeeper uses a combination of legal action, advocacy, media and grassroots organizing to track down and stop polluters. Since 1983, Riverkeeper has investigated and brought to justice over 400 hundred environmental lawbreakers and forced polluters to spend billions of dollars cleaning up the Hudson.
